Philosophy
_Pole Fitness Seattle provides students with the
tools to develop strength and balance and self. We encourage women to
develop their own individual style of creative movement using the
pole as their apparatus. Through the structure of a class, but with
the freedom to move, women will embark on a journey that will change
their life. Our classes are designed around
building strength, flexibility and self awareness. We do this through
facilitating creative free movement and core strength conditioning . No
previous experience is required. All ages, shapes and sizes are
welcome.
