          Group Pole Classes

          Class Approach

          Our classes are taught in an workshop format. Whether you have never touched a pole or you have a few years under your belt, you will find a comfortable place in one of our classes. They are kept small for that reason. You will never find more then five women in one class. That way the instructor can work directly with the pace each student. Our universal focus from day one is combining physical challenge and personal awareness.

          The Beginning
          All students will learn pole fundamentals, safety, terminology and beginning pole spins. They will also be introduced to creative moment.  Students will learn how to incorporate creative movement, use the pole as an apparatus for this this and be challenged physically.
          Climbing & Foundations of Inversion; Using the pole to build strength
          students will benefit from strengthening their upper body, learning how to lift their body weight and master more challenging spins, climbs and inversions. Our class will incorporate some cardio with strength and flexibility training to get you in top shape.
