Pole Fitness Seattle and Eastside is currently offering classes on location. Your personal pole class will include use of all equipment needed to begin your journey into the art of pole without the up-front cost or permanent installation of a pole in your home. All spins, transitions, inversions and choreography will be taught at the individual's pace making it a more enriching and solid pole dance experience.  This is a great option if you want to make a weekly or bi-weekly girls night that includes some play and workout time on the pole.
