The Twerk Booty Dance programming at Pole Fitness Seattle is based off of the certification and methods of Kim Jordan, founder of Kim Jordan creations. The class structure is a physical warm up focusing on coordination, balance and the fundamentals of twerk technique in its pure form. Pole Fitness Seattle offers both a weekly drop in cardio based fitness class and a choreography based series for students that wish to learn more or expand on their booty dance.
Twerk Booty Dance Cardio (DROP IN)
One hour cardio based booty dance and twerk technique drop in class that is designed to keep your heart pumping while teaching you the basics of booty dance and twerk
TWERK IT! Series (4-weeks)
In the series we learn the the basic elements of booty dance/ Twerk while incorporating choreography and floor work techniques to create a crisp and polished dance routine that you will feel confident showing off.
This is a 4 week series and is designed to be accessible specifically for beginners but more inter/ adv students will also gain new and fresh choreography.
