Beginner Classes

Intro to Pole Series (4-weeks) 
This series is designed for beginners! Students will learn the six basic fundamental pole spins, safety and terminology. Our Intro to Pole Series is designed to be accessible to everyone with a focus on the basics and creative flow. Taught in a 4 week session students will attend class once a week for four weeks.
INTRO SERIES SCHEDULE
Beginner Pole
This class is for beginners! It is in a drop-in format instead of a series class. Students will learn the basic fundamental pole spins, safety and terminology. They will also be introduced to creative moment and dance flow with learning how to put all they have learned together.

Booty Dance Twerk        
Get your twerk on with Twerk Boss Tricia Diamond!
Learn booty pops, booty vibrating, booty clocks, New Orleans Bounce, cheek isolation, twerk planks and more!
We will break down twerk moves step by step to help anyone master the basics and take your twerk to the next level.
For beginners to advanced (all levels welcome).  No Prior dance or experience required.

Beginner Exotic
Exotic style pole dance choreography that is specifically designed to teach you how to move around the pole with grace and lightness. Entire focus of this class is making you feel sexy and comfortable with beginner exotic style pole dance movement.

Flexibility
Flexibility is something you use or lose. Don't let your body stiffen; gain mobility in this deep stretch class. Your instructor will guide you through with a series of poses and stretches with a focus on alignment, splits and back. Deepen your pole practice with this essential class. No prior pole or dance experience required

Active Flex
This flexibility class that focuses on strengthening the muscles while building elasticity and increasing flexibility. This class is best suited for students who want a more intense approach to their flexibility training.

Pole Boot Camp
 This class will be structured with whole body workouts and goals in mind. We will work on weight loss and specific muscle gain depending on our personal fitness goals. It will be challenging and fun. We will utilize various types of weights as well as pole, lyra and silks for conditioning exercises. Open to all levels of fitness with modifications in place when needed. I want to create an intense workout that still fun and beneficial.
 *Please bring sweat towel and water
 No prior pole or dance experience required

Pole Conditioning
Develop those muscles used in pole dancing! This class used specifically designed drills focuses on conditioning for pole dancers and exercises that help with strength, balance, endurance, and injury prevention as you progress in pole! Pole Conditioning is a great tool and essential way to help you progress in pole or serve as a great overall hour of power.

Intermediate / Advance Classes


 L1   
Students will benefit from strengthening their upper body, learning new grips and increasing their spin inventory, work on transitions and will begin learning the key fundamentals of pole conditioning. Climbing takes this class to a whole new fitness level. 
*Prerequisite: Intro Series or completion of (6) beginner drop in classes

L2 
Students continue to advance their spin inventory, work on more complex pole transitions, climbs, spinning pole combinations and static holds. Class will incorporate more intense strength and flexibility training.
*Prerequisite: Instructor Assessment Required

L3

In this level we take you upside down! We will focus on the fundamentals of the basic invert and progression of other inversions that follow it. Build strength, power, and consistency in getting into and out of various basic inversion poses. This builds your foundation for L4 and beyond.
 *Prerequisite: Instructor Assessment Required

L4

Advanced Inversions class expanding on more difficult poses, spins and combinations. 
 *Prerequisite: Instructor Assessment Required

Intermediate Exotic
In Intermediate Exotic, we expand on the basic movements and dancing around the pole. This choreography based class offers more advanced transitions, spins and poses. We also begin exploring more advanced options for floor work and focus more musical textures and adding nuances with the body. 
*Prerequisite: Must be cleared for L1/L2 or Completion of (6) Beginner Exotic Classes 

Floorwork
Expand your low flow repertoire. Learn new transitions, tricks and combinations which allow you to string together variations in movement across the floor, as well as to the floor from the pole and vice-versa.
*Prerequisite: Intro Series or Completion of (4) or more beginner drop in classes 

Low-Flow Elements
In this class we will be exploring various elements of low flow such as transitions, illusions, shoulder rolls and pole base work. Each class will focus on a specific area of low flow to help generate a more extensive low flow vocabulary. This class will also focus very specifically on utilizing the heels and the feet as an extension of the body, helping to create more fluidity and confidence of movement. This class also encourages elements of freestyle flow,so each student can continually explore their own styles and interpretations.
Knee pads required. Heels strongly encouraged, but not required. 
*Beginner to Intermediate Level. 

Pole Flow
Pole Flow is for students of any level who are looking to expand their creativity and fine tune their transitions between pole moves. In this class you will be guided through exercises that will help you layer on different textures, characters, musicality and emotions onto your current spin-ventory. If you have ever felt stuck in your freestyle or even if you just need a safe space to explore, create and dance it out, this is the class for you. 
Bring water, knee pads, socks or leg warmers, heels not required.
*Prerequisite: Intro Series or completion of (4) or more beginner drop in classes

Exotic Pole Flow
A heels based, freestyle flow class specifically catering to the styles of Exotic flow. This class will move students through different exercises to help them fine tune personal style and presence as a dancer. We will focus on articulating and initiating movement with different parts of the body, playing with levels on and off the pole, and building upon unique transitions.
Knee Pads and Heels Required

*Prerequisite: Intro Series or completion of (4) or more beginner drop in classes

Spinning Pole I
In this class, we begin to explore the medium of spinning pole. Students will learn different methods to activate and control their spins, master climbing and static poses, as well as how to translate their existing pole knowledge to spinning pole.
*Prerequisite: Must be cleared for L1

Spinning Pole II
Students continue to advance their trick inventory, work on more complex transitions, climbs and combinations, on spin. Class will also incorporate more intense strength and flexibility training, and begin to clean up how students ascend and descend on the pole.
*Prerequisite: Must be cleared for L2

Spinning Pole III
Learn the fundamentals of inversions the spinning pole. The dynamics of this class will challenge both intermediate and advanced students alike!
*Prerequisite: Cleared for L2 & L3
